Nice guide for those who are looking for something different in Ireland than regular B&Bs or expensive, but often impersonal hotels. First of all, a brief description is given of 138 addresses (town houses, guesthouses, country houses, etc.) (including address, telephone/fax number and, if applicable, e-mail address). This is always positive (criterions were drawn up for inclusion in this guide, which are explained in the foreword); Recommendations such as 'beautiful', 'cozy', 'atmospheric' and 'of a special charm' are therefore common.
